MAY WE INVITE YOU INTO OUR MEMBERSHIP?

We warmly invite you to apply for membership of The Clan MacFarlane Society, Australia Inc.  The list of surnames associated with Clan MacFarlane (listed below) are provided as a guide to establishing your family connection. However, membership is also available for those with a genuine interest in the MacFarlane Clan, even with no obvious family connection.

BENEFITS OF JOINING

  • Membership Certificate, printed on parchment paper and suitable for framing, together with a copy of our brief history of the Clan, Clann Pharlain (The MacFarlanes)
  • One year’s subscription to our quarterly newsletter MacFarlane’s Lantern (published in March, June, September and December)
  • Ability to contribute items to the newsletter, including family history queries
  • Information which may assist you with your family history research
  • Access to Members Area of website, including ability to download back issues of MacFarlane’s Lantern and other publications
  • Eligible to nominate Office Bearers, Councillors, and Committee Members, and to be nominated for same
  • The opportunity to meet with other members of the Clan at gatherings or functions

MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION

To apply for membership, please click on Membership-Application to open up a fillable pdf document. (You will need the free Adobe Acrobat Reader on your computer in order to view this file). Please complete the form on your computer then click on the PRINT button on the first page of the document to print out a copy. The completed form should be sent along with payment to the address nominated on the form.

The annual fee is $20 per household (two adults and any children under 18)

If, however, you wish to pay by credit or debit card, or by using your PayPal account please click on the appropriate link in the right hand margin.

PAY NOW is for a one-time payment for a year, or SUBSCRIBE will allow you to set up an automatic recurring yearly payment.

Please save a copy of  the completed form on your computer and then forward as an attachment to secretary@clanmacfarlane.org.au

If you have any trouble completing the application form please let us know. Whilst full details are preferred to help us establish your connection to the Clan and to assist you with your family history queries, the minimum requirement is the full name of the member/s, mailing address and email if you have one.
