MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION

To apply for membership, please click on Membership Application to open up a fillable pdf document. (You will need the free Adobe Acrobat Reader on your computer in order to view this file). Please complete the form on your computer then click on the PRINT button on the first page of the document to print out a copy. The completed form should be sent along with payment to the address nominated on the form.

The annual fee is $20 per household (two adults and any children under 18)

If, however, you wish to pay by PayPal please click on the link to the right to set up an automatic payment. Please save a copy of  the completed form on your computer and then forward as an attachment to [email protected]
